Rules of Play
- Out of Bounds
a) Beyond all boundary fences
b) Over white posts & wall to the left of the 4th hole.
c) Over the white posts and white ground marker in the area around the Greenkeeper's sheds to the left of the 9th hole.
d) On the Car Park to the left of the 9th hole as defined by the white posts and white ground marker. - Water Hazards
All as indicated by yellow posts - Lateral Water Hazards
The ditch to the left of the 5th hole and the ditch to the right of the 6th hole as indicated by the red posts. - Immovable Obstructions
Safety fence behind the 10th green, tee protection fences, seats, shelters, toilets, fixed noticeboards, drainage channels & covers, clubhouse buildings, pro-shop, starters hut, ball cleaners, paths with an artificial surface, 150 yard marker posts, practice net and mat and surrounding bushes, top rail of all timber constructed water hazards, trolley protection fences and bells. - Staked Trees
All stakes attached to, or adjacent to, trees are designated an integral part of the course from which there is no right of relief under Rule 24. [top]
Local Rules

- Bunkers
Loose stones in bunkers are movable obstructions. Rule 24-1 applies - Pop-up Sprinklers
All pop-up sprinkler heads are immovable obstructions and relief from interference by them may be obtained under Rule 24-2. In addition, if such an obstruction on or within two clublengths of the putting green of the hole being played intervenes between the ball and the hole, then the player may obtain relief, without penalty, in the following circumstances:
a) If the ball lies on the putting green, it may be lifted and placed, not nearer the hole, at the nearest point at which intervention by the obstruction is avoided.
b) If the ball lies off the putting green (but not in a hazard) and is within two club lengths of the intervening obstruction, it may be lifted, cleaned and dropped as in clause (a) above.All Club Competitions and Matches MUST be played from the competition tees (White & Red tee markers) and must commence from the first tee.
