Sixteenth hole view

Features

Elevated tee to a sloping valley with spectacular views of Lakeland Hills and Warton Crag. True "MacKenzie" green with slope from top left to bottom right. Well guarded by bunkers to front left and right. Heavily wooded to left with bushes to rear and right, adjacent to 4th fairway. Prevailing winds from the left.

Pro's Tip

Elevated tee exposes drive to strong winds from the left. Flag is most often positioned to top left, with best line over the left hand bunker. Be careful not to "overdo" the wind allowance as a ball finding the trees is invariably lost or unplayable.
